  • Profesor y catedrático de la Universidad de Walsh. Es también profesor consultor asociado Universidad de Otago, en Nueva Zelanda.
  • Se certificó como Terapeuta Manual el año 2001, logró el certificado de especialización ortopédica en el 2002
  • Miembro de la Academia Americana de Terapia Manual Ortopédica desde el 2006.

 

Formación Complementaria

  • Licenciado en Ciencias en Terapia Física en la Universidad de Maryville en 1990.
  • Maestría en Administración de Empresas en 1999
  • Doctorado en Filosofía (PhD) en la Universidad Texas Tech en 2003.

  • Ha Publicado más de 150 artículos y la segunda edición de dos libros: “ Orthopedic Manual Therapy: An evidence based approach” y “Orthopedic Physical Examination Tests: An evidence based approach“.
  • Ha realizado más de 145 Presentaciones / Conferencias.
  • Es Editor de la Revista Manual Therapy y de otras 5 revistas internacionales.
  • El Dr. Cook ha ganado numerosos premios, siendo los últimos en:
      1.  2011 premio a la excelencia por su investigación en la AAOMPT
      2. 2012 premio por sus investigaciones junto a su compañero Williams Evans en la Universidad de Otago.
      3. 2012 y 2013 Premio en la Universidad de Walsh.
